Sparring practise at Longvale.

Jerell and Marcus put on all the necessary gears to prepare themselves for the upcoming National Kyorugi Championships.

Marcus unintentional stance got captured by the camera. Hahaha. :P

For those taking part in the upcoming September tournament, continue to work harder for the next few weeks. We can do it!!!
